Photos by Debora Wells All entrants did a masterful job. All were qualified to go to IBC. We'd love to send all to IBC, but we depended on our 25 member judges to make the difficult selection. Thanks to all for a great blues show. The high scores were: CHUCK WELLS and STONE COLD BLUES (BAND) MICAH KESSELRING (SOLO/DUO) Micah brought 3 guitars. He is 16. Already receiving national attention as a blues performer.
